After covid 19 changed my job to working from home, I found myself with a lot of extra time on my hands. I decided to use this extra time to get another job. The reason I chose Sweater Gang Companions was because they allow me the freedom to choose my own hours and type of work I do. Everyone there is very easy to deal with and available to assist me whenever I need it, whether its regarding needing time off or checking in to get my feedback. What I Love about working for Sweater Gang Companions is that I feel like I am really helping the people in my community. It doesn’t feel like work!

Saying that I am happy in my position as a companion working with Sweatergang would be an understatement. Everyday I wake up looking forward to going to work and helping my clients to the best of my ability. I love working for Sweatergang! This job enables me to help people and make meaningful connections with them. I have worked for the Sweatergang for over a year now. To be honest I wasn’t sure this job would fit in my lifestyle. I’m in my late 50’s raising my adopted son who is 7 yrs old, spending time with my adult children and grandbabies and caring for my sick mother. How is this possible you ask?
