2018 Walk for Memories in support of our local Alzheimer’s Societies.

PEP invites you to our second fall presentation seminar.
We will be welcoming Natalie Phillips from the Smile Program (Seniors Managing Independent Living Easily) as well as Christine Wilson from the Sweatergang Companions.
Natalie will be outlining what SMILE is and what it does to support people living independently. SMILE is fully supported by the South East LHIN.
Christine will discuss the services that Sweatergang Companions provides in the community.
